Purpose of the role:
In this position you will ensure the continued development and implementation of the Wasa global Strategy. You take the key role as project leader in coordination with the regions and the regional marketing teams in coordinating strategy, portfolio and category development, leading to the creating of a consolidated repeatable model. Main mission is to understand how to enter in a new category exploring different models that could fit different geographies and different life stage of the brand. You will be the key actor in drafting the Insurgent brands playbook for Wasa and the key point of contact for some key markets - responsible to ensure clarity of information and driving a collaboration based relation. Key Accountabilities:
Lead the insurgent brand playbook for Wasa with particular focus to the US Responsible to build the repeatable model of wasa growth in geo-expansion Lead the Snacking segment evolution defining the strategy to grow in core and Geo-expansion according to 4Ps Delivers superior global product innovations in the designated platform by leading and ensuring the delivery to global markets of the selected innovation projects on time and in full. Leads cross-functional teams, ensuring the effectiveness of the marketing Mix and the efficiency of the innovation processes for the project Develops an in-depth understanding and become an expert in the business environment in which the brands compete including category segments and channels Drive consumers' understanding always fresh and up-to-date, acting as a window on the world, constantly watching and following the evolution of society, trends, lifestyles, anticipating incoming consumers' needs that would fuel new concept ideation and development, collecting & channeling inputs to innovation strategy Lead development of packaging label/designs to support new product launch toolkits, in accordance with brand guidelines. Input marketing needs for technical pack evolutions, in partnership with packaging Ensure high collaboration with regions facilitating their development according to the global strategy and local insights. Main focus on USA, Italy and France Act as a business partner for the Regional Marketing Teams, identifying synergies and optimize the innovation opportunities across regions and categories For snacks range act as a point of contact for Range optimization and cost saving initiatives together with finance and SC Identify solutions to increase opportunities in non traditional retail by one:

As the brand Wasa is expanding we believe that you can be a key actor in the development and implementation of the Wasa global Strategy. You are able to take leadership for projects, manage different stakeholders effectively, have knowledge about the US shopper and are curious about trends and other cultures. You are creative, flexible, fluent in English and your communication skills are excellent. You hold an academic degree within marketing or any other business-related field and at least 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding or innovation management in a CPG setting. Furthermore, we believe that you are a problem solver, opportunity seeker and have a passion for food.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Communications & PR, Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
