What you'll learn & achieve:
Support design and implementation of all UL transformation programs. Ensure optimal use and adaptation of the ERP/enabling technologies and partnering with Business Units and IT teams. Continuous Improvement:
Support identification and prioritization of Continuous Improvement impacting Global Credit Processes. Evaluate the feasibility and enable technology to streamline and automate credit processes while maintaining agreed service levels. Partner with regional site leaders and other key stakeholders on agreed upon global initiatives and process improvement plans Standards & Controls:
Ensure development and implementation of standards that support business needs. Partner with External/Internal Auditors, IT interface leads to ensure adequate control environment and adherence to established processes and policies. Policies and Procedures and Process:
Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date desktop procedures and ensure all policies and processes align with applicable laws and are adhered to by all staff Design people, process, and technology standards for end-to-end credit process at the global level. Responsible for owning and championing the credit processes within the global O2C organization and standardizing credit processes, where possible to ensure efficiencies globally. Ensure acquired entities are transitioned to UL standard processes What makes you a great fit:
Bachelor's degree in Finance related 8
years of experience managing a client-service oriented operational function with experience in management of medium corporate initiatives/projects, strategic thinking, relationship management, financial budgets and processes and recruiting, developing, coaching and monitoring employees Experience overseeing performance of global team members Strong execution and leadership skills with the ability to understand the issues which global Credit Organization is facing today, with the ability to implement process improvement initiatives which optimize operating efficiency. Experience in leading process excellence and performance improvement, six sigma training or similar experience preferred Exceptional communication skills Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization and influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Problem solving and root cause identification skills Experience with managing leaders of others (managerssupervisors) What you'll experience working at UL:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
