IT Business Systems Lead
Responsible for performing requirement gathering/gap analysis, configuration, integration testing, project management and providing support for Oracle R12 Applications, including Financials, Product Information Management and Trading Community Architecture. Develop, extend, modify, and implement new functionalities in the Oracle application modules within Oracles recommended standards. Design and develop programs to configure, enhance, maintain, and provide ongoing support for Oracle R12 applications. Perform complex analysis and translation of business, information and technical requirements to achieve IT solutions that meet business needs. Develop design specifications and deliverables related to the support of system enhancements, and primarily support ULs Customer Master Data Maintenance practices and processes to Oracle R12 ERP, DQM and OCM technologies. Meet with end users to gather requirements, analyze processes and compile requirement documents. Perform software development for reports and process changes. Interface with business users, 3rd party vendors, Quality Assurance Analysts, Oracle Functional Leads and other technical developers to provide project and technical guidance. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or related and seven (7) years of experience in IT or systems analysis Must have work experience with each of the following:
1) Developing, extending, modifying, and configuring Oracle 11i/R12 applications, including Financials, Supply Chain, and Order Management; 2) Supporting and configuring Product Information Management, Trading Community Architecture and data conversion activities; 3) Oracle universal methodology and CEMLI framework; 4) Using SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, and Oracle Workflow programs to configure, enhance, maintain, and provide ongoing support for Oracle 11/R12 applications; and 5) Oracle Application Data Structures, Setups, and Configurations such as Descriptive Flex Fields, Personalization, Business Events and User Hooks.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
