Position can be remote anywhere in the U.S Focusing on the innovation of new products and services, the Business Development Manager will work closely with clients and industry stakeholders to identify specific needs and develop new services that will fuel long-term business growth for the organization. Through conducting client discovery sessions and active industry participation, the Business Development Manager will work closely across the organization to efficiently develop innovative new services, test the viability of these new services, and successfully launch and scale the new services. Responsibilities:
Engages with UL Clients and industry on a regular basis to understand market trends and client needs. Collaborates closely with Sales to conduct client discovery sessions and collect real-time client feedback to understand market needs. Works closely with Marketing and Product Management to develop competitive analyses and market trend insights. Engages with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Product Management and Marketing to develop new offerings and drive to market launch. Works with Cross-Functional Teams to identify initiative investment requirements and develop capital resource requests as required. Assists industry leadership in the development of global account strategies, goals and plans. Develops and coordinates executive presentations and de-briefings Provide Sales training and support for successful product / service launches. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. Performs other duties as directed. What makes you a great fit:
University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor degree) in Business Administration, Marketing or a related disciplines plus generally five years of experience in product management or business development. A detailed understanding of the HVAC and Appliance industries is required. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
