The Energy Project Manager will perform existing building energy assessments and audits and assist lead Commissioning Agents (CxA) in new construction commissioning (Cx) within UL's Asset and Sustainability Performance group. Job Duties Include:
Complete existing building energy audits and assessments Provide technical consulting to building owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and project teams with respect to building MEP systems engineering and performance. Conduct field Cx activities on job sites when applicable. Maintain communication with internal and external project teams. Track project budgets and ensure scope of work is consistent with contracts. Identify and implement opportunities for improving project outcomes. Collaborate with Sales Team to assist in developing business. What makes you a great fit:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or other similar science degree CxA, CCP, Cx+BE, CBCP, QCxP, CxA, or similar certification preferred Professional Engineer (PE) preferred LEED Accredited Professional (AP) preferred UL has COVID-19 protocols and policies in place to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and clients.
