What you'll learn & achieve:
Responsible for establishing, maintaining and growing client relationships by satisfying their technical needs in a professional, expeditious and cost effective manner. Oversee the maintenance and growth of an existing client relationship for a major retail client. Assist Global Account Director in developing and managing new client relationships. Explore anew opportunities as extensions of existing technical capabilities (Programs for growth). The Senior Client Services Specialist will be part of a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on global collaboration and the freedom to make meaningful contributions in a setting that encourages creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. Organize and coordinate assigned client account work in a timely and profitable manner. Ensures that assigned account is on track at all times providing regular updates to the client and internal stakeholder(s). Proactively obtains status updates for ongoing projects. Offers proactive solutions to the client when informing them of an issue. Work collaboratively across COU's to coordinate activities, enhance communication, eliminate redundant efforts and view opportunities to consolidate client service delivery efforts. Support preparation and delivery of client proposals, reports, specifications, technical information, etc and leverage data to add value for client programs. Review reports produced by teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations and KPI's. Collaborate and coordinate work with operations teams, support services, quality assurance, sales, business development and other affiliated stakeholders to ensure that client(s) experience superior service and delivery on a global scale. Follow up on inquiries and respond to promptly and professionally Works with the business to support billing/invoicing clients in a timely, concise and profitable manner Build and leverage internal network to provide training to colleagues and client on programs and processes. Also to provide technical support as needed. Maintain up to date knowledge of procedures, client requirements and technical subject matter and utilize that knowledge to provide superior service and program management. Provide technical consultation to client(s) directly and/or through coordination with internal technical team. Coordinate and maintain new program plans, project work and activity to monitor and track progress. Ensure program requirements are clearly documented, communicated and updated throughout the organization and leverage support where needed. Successfully manage the relationship with client and stakeholders Recommend processes, information systems and performance management systems. Evaluate performance of programs to standards and recommends corrective actions. Oversee project/program development, objectives and implementation. Collaborates continuously with global teams to assist with addressing challenges and building innovative solutions. What makes you a great fit:
General degree or equivalent, preferably Technical and/or Project Management Discipline plus a minimum of five years related experience Strong knowledge of retail a plus Familiarity with industry associations, technical committees, industry best practice which would add value for client program management Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Excellent client facing, written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of in-house staff and clients. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
