What you'll learn & achieve:
Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics Review junior designers' work to ensure high quality Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services Amend designs after feedback Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met Stay up to date with industry developments and tools The ability to distinguish strong ideation and conceptualization (art direction) vs. design Able to assess taskprojects from initial brief and come up with ideas and solutions Responsible for not only the look but is also responsible for developing the concept Understanding, solving and delivering work answering the creative brief Establishes visual tone that will effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfill the project objectives Participates in and leads in brainstorming sessions Understands and accepts the need to amend, revise or redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from the creative strategist, leads or clients Meet client objectives, values, budgets and deadlines Large campaigns (But not limited to smaller projects as needed) Deliver best practices in social, video, digital & print space Push boundaries of design innovation within the digital space Support the Creative Lead and Creative Strategist with the development of concepts and client presentations Seeks approval from creative leads and management on all work before delivery to Client Multi-tasks, working on several campaigns at once, under pressure and against tight timelines Takes on projects from start to finish and is able to relate all information to others involved on the job with minimal supervision Develops storyboards for videos as a model for client approval, then works with the team to ensure the final product is true to the original concept and presentation Consistently and independently acquires subject matter expertise through advanced training Keeps up to date with popular culture and trends Represents, when required, senior creative management at team meetings as well as with clients Build presentation decks from start to finish with rationale explaining concepts and executions Collaboration with Content Execution team and copywriters Comfortable and prepared to present work to clients Expert in UL's typography do's and don'ts and best practices around kerning, leading and orphans/widows Review campaigns (assigned to cohort) with existing content to ensure they are visually connected and brand consistent. (Plus, Base Tier) Brand design reviews What makes you a great fit:
Strong online portfolio A bachelor's degree, design emphasis preferred. Generally, 6 years or more of related experience or demonstrated competency Highly proficient in Environmental Design Highly proficient in Adobe Suite Highly proficient in Print/Production A keen eye for aesthetics and details Ability to give/take direction A solid understanding of the differences between strong design and conceptual art direction Understanding, solving and delivering on the creative brief Talent to inspire team members with great visual design Desire to take on new challenges, grow and learn everyday Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas UL has COVID-19 protocols and policies in place to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and clients. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
