Leadership of the Global Customer Master process stream within the organization and more specifically within the Global Business Services organization. The scope of this position includes design of end-to-end transaction processes and management of related service delivery (execution). The position is responsible for strategy formulation, organization design, and prioritization of all related initiatives and decisions regarding people, process, and technology:
From a service delivery perspective, the position has management responsibility for the internal customer master and accountability, assuring that all operating objectives are achievable. This includes not only day to day operational responsibility, but also planning and execution of transition of customer data to the single master data repository. Finally, the position, in collaboration with key stakeholders, identifies opportunities to deliver new value added services where appropriate. These new services could include vertical extension of scope into thought and knowledge based work, as well as horizontal expansion across geography or internal functions. As global process owner, the position oversees the design, development, and deployment (to the greatest extent possible) of standard global processes across the UL Globe. The position provides stewardship, in collaboration with other key stakeholders, to assure that quality, operating, financial, and customer satisfaction objectives are achievable. The position approves, documents and communicates any approved exceptions from standards. Role Description:
Leads, plans, and coordinates work teams to ensure effective performance. Works with the team to determine root cause for discrepancies, correct processes and implement change. Ensure all data governance policies are correctly documented, followed and reported and that issues are promptly addressed. Develops and continually assesses work processes to identify opportunities to automate, minimize error and maximize productivity. Manage, coach and support development of all team members Communicate and monitor adherence to performance standards, addressing performance issues Develop process and procedures for new customer processes as needed Develop and distribute training for customer creation and new processes as needed Work with legal and functional leads for Export Control Process Integration acquisition legacy data into Oracle working with appropriate teams to include all appropriate information in timely matter Work with Internal Audit, IT interface leads to ensure adequate control environment. Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date desktop procedures and ensure teams follow operational procedures that provide control and operational flexibility and appropriately protect the company's assets Build a culture of high performance, healthy collaboration and rapid development by setting high expectations for staff, providing opportunities for development, personally providing feedback and coaching to teammates, and recognition/reward for high performance What makes you a great fit:
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred Rich Master Data Management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role Experience with Oracle, Informatica or other major ERP system Experience in leading process excellence and performance improvement, six sigma training or similar experience preferred Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Database Administration, DevOps & Site ReliabilityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
