The TIC Consumer, Business Transformation team is looking for a leader that thrives when working with cross functional teams, and enjoys the challenge of solving complex business problems and leading strategic global process improvement projects with tech implementation. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an effective influencer, possess strong program management skills, and have experience balancing inputs and priorities from multiple executive stakeholders. You foster a Lean culture of continuous improvement, providing thought leadership to and influencing change at all levels in the organization. The Process Improvement & Automation Manager supports, coordinates and facilitates structured process improvement activities aligned to our business goals in a fast-paced, customer-centric and ever changing environment. You will be responsible for evaluating current processes, identifying opportunities/waste, incorporate feedback and ideas from your stakeholders to design simplified processes of the future. You will utilize RPA tools to enhance process efficiency and implement scalable processes across the Customer Operating Units in North America and globally. The successful candidate for this role will be a fast, clear and independent thinker who is naturally curious about how things work, is metrics and number savvy, has strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and has demonstrated leadership ability. This person is able to see the big picture/whole system and execute on shopfloor level to improve the overall Employee and Customer experience. This role ideally will be based at our Northbrook, IL location but flexible to other North American locations near UL offices. What makes you a great fit:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, 3
years of experience in program or project management Minimum of 2 years' experience driving improvements through the direct application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, Black Belt is a plus Be a logical thinker, strongly analytical, methodical, and problem solver Harnessing the power of data analysis to support improvement and automation ; knowledge of Minitab or SAS Experience in implementing repeatable business processes and workflows into Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) software, such as MS Power Automate (Flow), Catalytic bot, UiPath, Python Experience partnering closely with technical and operational teams Excellent collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills; Drive change with a forward-looking mindset Bring passion and a determined focus to deliver value for our customers. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Process ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
