Position Responsibilities Regular travel primarily throughout the Midwest Additional travel throughout North America/Mexico as necessary to support company efforts as well as customer needs.
Grow our overall business through new customer projects and diversification of our current business portfolio.
Manage and grow existing accounts and use your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new business.
Ability to work independently with both company personnel as well as clients.
Ability to manage complex customer / supplier relationships.
Minimum Requirements 5
years outside sales representative / sales account manager experience.
Demonstrated record of sales growth / customer development.
Experience in metals and/or manufacturing preferred.
Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation skills Benefits Base salary plus commission.
