We're looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as an Associate Marketing Manager, Brand.
The Associate Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing will be responsible for strategic planning and overseeing the execution for the Kitchen and Entertaining categories, DE&I initiatives, collaborations and promotions.
In addition, this role will play a critical role that unleashes strong new customer growth as well as retention of current customers.
A day in the life as an Associate Marketing Manager, Brand Act as a steward of the brand and articulate/support brand vision to achieve overall business goals and help maintain consistency across several communication channels Manage day-to-day marketing activity working closely with cross-functional teams, including in-house creative, agency partners and operations Manage marketing content strategy including the editorial planning calendar that informs channel marketing and cross channel asset development process Lead the strategic oversight of campaign calendars including content, send cadence and audience selections to deliver on campaign objectives and business goals Develop, implement, and manage innovative ideas to drive greater relevance and engagement in social media, at events, and with influencers Work with existing and help discover new influencers to develop content and host events on behalf of the brand.
Lead marketing execution for relevant virtual and in-person events Support the implementation of business, marketing and merchandising strategies with cross functional teams across Marketing, Creative, Media, Stores and eCommerce to ensure messaging is clear to consumers and supports the business strategy Assist content briefings including developing and communicating objectives and deliverables clearly.
Oversee creative development of marketing materials to ensure flawless execution Manage the day-to-day production schedule with creative teams including the development, testing and execution of campaigns for brand US and Canada email programs, as well as lead reporting and testing for weekly/monthly/ad hoc channel/campaign performance, identifying and applying actionable insights Analyze internal/external data to determine areas of improvement for monthly reporting and optimization meetings What you'll bring to the table Experience developing creative content strategies Ability to help grow a program; execute strategy, formulate marketing plans, project managing, analyzing results and coordinating ongoing optimizations and operations Experience coordinating marketing programs (acquisition and retention), across channels (store, web, mobile, and customer services) Out-of-box thinker and devise new ways to attract more customers, including emerging technologies and non-traditional media Experience working with cross-function partners and effectively gather varying feedback/inputs and develop appropriate action plans Experience tracking to budget, process invoicing and accruals Strong analytical skills; comfortable distilling data into insights/optimization opportunities We'd love to hear from you if you have 4 years of relevant marketing experience; retail experience is a plus Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience Experience in managing creative development Experience managing 360 marketing programs and/or experiential, media, social media or PR campaigns #li-hybrid.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
