They will manage processes that support Field Service activities across the rest-of-world.

Position requires a strong customer focus, solid project management skills, and a good understanding of complex electro-mechanical assemblies.

The SES remote access control solution is built on a customizable platform for customers who desire high-security, adaptability, and a cost-effective access control solution set.
This robust security suite utilizes certified hardware, advanced encryption and online access to a robust, high-availability enterprise and cloud system.
The system secures all types of cabinets, shelters, gates and other types of equipment.
How you will do it Develops and implements training strategies including certification courses and Webinar/on-line trainings including LMS courses.
Ensures the provision of excellent customer service team, and provides support to the Sales and training teams in servicing the existing dealer base.
Maintains and disseminates knowledge and awareness of industry trends, conditions, initiatives, and other factors affecting the business environment, focusing especially on threats and opportunities for the business based on current technology and roadmap.
Develop project plans and work closely with installation partners on large scale product deployments Coordinate and support multiple implementation projects with various customers throughout the country Provide goals and objectives to the operations group to meet current and future service needs Develop and implement efficient high quality operations procedures and guidelines for customer installations, repair orders and quality audits Review performance data to measure efficiency and goal achievement to determine performance levels, resource management and training programs Prepare monthly reports for management about utilization and quality of service work Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence Determine the best way to provide documentation in different languages across the globe Develop a comprehensive process to train other installers (most of the time remotely) What we look for Required Bachelor's degree 5
years of demonstrated success managing field service off-site technicians that install, service and maintain high-tech solutions throughout the country Strong customer focus in every aspect of the job, including ability to work directly with key customers in a technical capacity Excellent people manager and collaborative work style and commitment to customer success Excellent writing and interpersonal skills with strict attention to detail Strong time management skills, highly organized and efficient Proactive and seeks opportunities to learn and improve existing processes Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment 25% travel This position is located at the Northbrook, IL office.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
