How you will make an impact as a Patient Services Representative:
Work closely with patients to ensure their experience at ADVENT exceeds expectations Greet and accurately check patients in to EHR Schedule patient appointments Prepare, meet with, and schedule Home Sleep Study patients Crosstrain as a Medical Assistant What we're looking for in a Patient Services Representative:
Strong customer service focus Great communication skills Solid technology skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, EHR Great attention-to-detail and accuracy in work Solution oriented problem solver Strong work ethic, commitment to teamwork, positive attitude/willingness to get the job done Why you should choose ADVENT:
