Traveling Assistant Manager

Bath Fitter will arm you with the skills to be prepared for the unexpected and you will be the go-to when our Managers need support.
You will also be a key player in contributing to increased employee engagement, promoting positive culture while fueling business results.
What can I expect in this role? You will be fully trained as a Branch Manager and begin developing the skills needed to promote into a lead management role.
You will support in various capacities such as projects, training new employees, closing commercial contracts and providing feedback on new training or projects.
You may temporarily serve in the capacity as a Branch Manager and may be chosen to fill the open Branch Manager role within your region.
What does travel look like for me? This role would include 40-50% travel to our locations in Chicago, IL, Lenexa, KS, Wichita, KS, Indianapolis, IN, Omaha, NE, Livonia, MI.
