Part Time Russian-Speaking Podiatry Office Assistant

The days and start times are set, but actual daily working hours are approximate and could be less.
Monday and Wednesday 8am-5:
30pm with lunch break.
Friday 8am-12pm Every third Thursday of the month 8am-3:
30pm, another two Thursdays 8am-11am.
(approximately every two months).
One Saturday a month 8am-2pm Duties Include:
1.
Front desk duties, including answering phone calls and making appointments, calling patients with appointment reminders, taking payments, faxing, photocopying, and filing.
2.
Assisting doctor and patients in exam rooms, taking podiatric x-rays, instrument sterilization, shoe fitting and paperwork, occasional assisting during procedures.
(We will teach you all the above.
) 3.
Preparing the office for the workday and keeping it clean throughout the day; involves light cleaning.
Qualifications:
Must speak Russian, have intermediate English; other languages a plus.
Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude and a go-getting personality.
Must take pride in every task, be accountable, and represent yourself and the office well.
Must have a service attitude and empathy as many of our patients are elderly and in need of special care.
This is a permanent position.
We are not looking to hire anyone who is only available for a short term, or who is not available to work our specific schedule.
We expect you at work on our set workdays and scheduled hours to support our staff, doctor, and patients.
Only truly emergency situations with you or your immediate family will be acceptable.
