This position is based in Northbrook, Illinois.

Purpose and Scope:
This position identifies and supports Medical & Development objectives through timely, effective and measurable change management strategies that increase employee engagement and productivity by managing the people side of change.
This position will serve as the change management leader on M&D projects that oversee M&D operations globally.
Additionally, this position is responsible for working in close collaboration with other MDSO colleagues to implement global initiatives, and with Corporate Strategy and Transformation Office colleagues to align global change management initiatives.
Essential Job
Responsibilities:
Senior counsel Counsels senior executives on business matters that benefit from change management strategy and programs.
Works with M&D global functional heads to design and implement effective employee change management strategies that advance business objectives, taking into account regional and country-level differences.
Serves as change management leader on M&D functional Leadership Teams that oversee M&D operations globally.
Culture and employee change management Oversees significant organizational change projects with minimal oversight, providing strategic direction and overseeing implementation of change management activities.
Works with business leadership and other support functions to define and implement programs that measurably establish and advance organizational culture.
Develops strategic change management programs to align colleagues on key priorities for M&D functions globally.
Helps instill and advance a sense of community amongst M&D colleagues globally.
Helps identify and promote examples of best practices that support overall M&D objectives and strategies.
Corporate brand, reputation and preference Supports implementation of global corporate brand and reputation initiatives from an M&D perspective, as needed.
Helps pull through employee-facing brand and reputation initiatives for M&D colleagues globally.
Works in close collaboration with corporate change management teams to ensure alignment between M&D and other Astellas divisions.
Provides input on opportunities for M&D leadership to strategically increase the profile of Astellas.
Change management functional excellence Develops and maintains metrics to ensure effectiveness of all change management and appropriate measures.
Develops and executes change management plans that are aligned with the company's mission, values and strategic imperatives and appropriately tailors them to meet the strategic change management needs of client organizations.
Determines and implements the most effective, efficient and impactful methods and channels to achieve change management objectives.
Manages vendors, where appropriate, who provide change management support to senior leaders and their teams.
Cross-functional and cross-geographic engagement Builds strong relationships with client organizations and their stakeholders to understand their business functions and to formulate appropriate strategies to achieve both functional and corporate objectives.
Works with Corporate Strategy and Transformation Office divisions at both the global and regional levels to continuously analyze and improve existing, or develop new, employee models for change management.
Aligns identified M&D Change Management strategies to overarching Astellas strategies and translates Corporate Strategy and Transformation Office initiatives into appropriate tactics for M&D functions.
Collaborates with global Change Management partners to identify opportunities to consistently communicate the M&D message strategically both internally and externally across all countries and regions and this includes identifying relevant messages that relate to the business on a broader scale.
Identifies and proactively seeks out M&D Change Management activities that should be communicated to the broader Astellas organization.
Quantitative Dimensions:
Impacts the efficient use of resources, including vendors, through negotiations for services both internally and externally and the monitoring of project budgets.
Organizational Context:
Position reports on solid-line basis to Sr.
Director, M&D Change management.
Key business partners include global heads of M&D Functions (e.
g.
, Medical Affairs; Pharmacovigilance; MDSO; Development Divisions, Regulatory Affairs).
Qualifications:
Required BA or BS Degree or Equivalent in a business or science related field is preferred Requires a minimum of 12 years' project management, employee relations or change management experience with a focus on the people side of change Experience working in a global functional management role for a complex matrix organization across multiple global regions with minimal oversight Excellent communication abilities including presentation, verbal and written skills Experience of using a wide array of change management methodologies Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Proven experience in effectively partnering with top-level, global executives Understanding of technical issues and ability to translate complex information for non-technical audiences Travel required Preferred Change management experience Region or Affiliate level change management leadership experience Health care / pharmaceuticals industry experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
