To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a healthcare organization located in Northbrook, is looking for a permanent Administrative Assistant for their growing team! This is a newly created position that will report to the Executive Assistant and provide administrative support to leadership.

Responsibilities:
Support senior leadership team with scheduling, filing, scanning, coordinating and preparing meeting agendas, gathering and assembling data, and assisting in the creation of spreadsheets and presentations.
Representing the organization as the first point of contact for internal and external queries.
Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting functions as needed.
Organize and maintain a filing system and database of current and prospective clients, including account and contact information.
Perform market and industry research and prepare summaries as assigned.
Draft correspondence, letters, memos, and various reporting.
Receive and respond to calls from customers as well as sales representatives.
Participate in goal projects while maintaining daily workload.
Document and maintain information through internal and external databases.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
