Job Summary We are looking for a passionate junior manager (associate manager) for our Solar Project development in Midwest.
The Junior manager will support project manager and learn the process step by step so any candidate who is interested in building career at this market is welcomed.
You are not asked for certain experience in the industry but all you need is computer skills, communication skills and open mindset to absorb what you are going to experience and learn.
It will be a good opportunity to start your career and expand your dream in the renewable energy market.
Job Description Cataloging background research materials, data mapping and data organization- Drafting the contracts for consultants and running internal approvals- Managing project timeline, writing and circulating meeting recaps- Coordination between our in house RM/Legal/Admin team- Managing the consultants/contractors regarding contracts and invoices- Regular internal reporting of your work and progress- Supporting office organization, ordering office supplies- Managing project documents and virtual data rooms for each project- Mailing- Support company events such as regular team meetings, HQ meetings and annual company event.
Qualifications - Minimum College University Graduation is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office) are essential.
- Commute every day to Chicago Office is required.
(9am ? 5pm, Mon ? Fri) - Notary Public is preferred (or be eligible to become a Notary).
- Bilingual in Korean/English is preferred.
- Experience in Renewable Energy industry is desired.
