Bachelor's degree with major coursework in Theatre, Music, Recreation Management, or related field, supplemented by two (2) to four (4) years of applicable experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Theatre production and performance (creative, technical) Program and budget management Software applications utilized for program registration, budget, time, and attendance management.
Experience and interest in working with youth, adults, and seniors.
Public Speaking Proven record of providing quality customer service CPR/AED Certification or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire Physical Requirements The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
