30-5 PM)$16-$18, based on experienceWill report into Customer Experience ManagerWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Manage and triage a high volume of inbound calls regarding customer service and technical issuesAssist customers with timely and accurate answers to requests via email, phone, and messaging platformsHelp resolve customer questions relating to missing items on orders, backorder ETA's, and delivery ETA'sHelp with Bevi service administration by monitoring a remote dashboard to view volume and place product orders and service tickets accordinglyEnter service tickets accordingly and assist with dispatch techniciansApproach all tasks, issues and projects in an organized wayClearly and concisely communicate issues and solutions to the appropriate manager or team to ensure that everyone is updated on customer situationsHelping generate sales reportsSet customers up with ordering credentialsSupport the team with ability to learn and take on additional office and customer service responsibilities as necessaryWhat we have to offer A stable company and positive work environment.

RequirementsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
High school education with higher education a plusExcellent communicator whether over the phone, via email or in personExperience in an office in a customer service role a plus but not requiredExperience with a service dispatch or technical team a plus but not requiredEffectively handle business communications and interactions with customers and colleaguesProficient PC skills (Word, Excel, and other database-centric systems, spreadsheets)Ability to take initiative to continuously improve the performance and efficiency of the role integrated within the departmentAbility to remain empathic and professional when dealing with customers or team membersTakes pride in their work and attention to detailsSound judgment and excellent problem-solving skillsOpenness to cross-train within the Customer Experience team to help with coverage in monitoring the service call inbox and phone callsInterest in learning about the OCS product we offer to customers (coffee selections, creamers, paper products, snacks, beverages, and other pantry/breakroom supplies we provide)Work well under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude with customers and co-workersSalary Description$16-$18 hourly, based on experience Recommended Skills Administration Attention To Detail Business Communication Curiosity Customer Experience Customer Service Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
