Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computerized systems accurately and efficiently - Perform data collection and verification tasks - Maintain and update databases with new information - Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits - Generate reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel - Assist with order entry and processing tasks - Provide general clerical support as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in computerized data entry systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience in a data entry or clerical role is preferred, but not required This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
