Beacon Hill Associates is currently looking for an energetic Personal Assistant to provide support to a successful entrepreneur.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask in a fast paced, ever-changing environment and must be able to anticipate and oversee day to day requests with confidentiality.
This person will be required to be onsite in the Northern suburbs on a hybrid schedule with the ability to travel downtown as needed.
Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretionHandle a variety of personal responsibilities, including but not limited to personal errands, scheduling personal appointments, managing complex calendar, booking travel arrangements (both executive and person), answering calls and serving as primary contact for CEO.
Monthly reconciling of bank statements and credit card statementsProduce written and verbal correspondence, including e-mail, formal letters and phone callsPersonal Assistant Requirements:

years of administrative support experience, ideally on a personal basisBachelor's degree requiredAbility to work in the Northern suburbs 2x per week and go downtown sporadicallyWillingness to take on a variety of personal responsibilities and work non-traditional hours as neededAbility to respond to rapidly changing demands.
