Our team members are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people we treat and are constantly striving to improve and better ourselves so that we can better support our patients and are currently searching for a Corporate Trainer to join our team!As an integral member of the USA Clinics Group Training team, you will enable our ability to deliver and execute role-based onboarding and training initiatives for staff throughout the country in a remote learning-based environment.
You will work closely with the other teams including SMEs and business partners to appropriately deliver, evaluate, and refine our training programs with a focus on quality and speed to productivity.
This role will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Northbrook, IL and may include occasional travel.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for facilitation of Virtual Instructor-Led new hire training courses, new processes, and continued education for all staff.
Delivering training materials and hands on training for but not limited to:
OnboardingInitial LMS materialsElectronic Medical Record - EMRClinical ProceduresDeveloping and building role-based training material for clinical roles such as Ultrasound Technicians, Receptionists, and Medical Assistants.
Understand workflow, policies and procedures related to clinical associates and work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure the most current information is being conveyed to staff.
Effectively navigate and troubleshoot basic technical issues and connectivity for virtual sessions.
Creating and implementing new process training, workflow development and training, communicating new information and workflow changes.
Provide coaching and feedback during and after training programs.
Perform physical preparation of training materials including production and maintenance of course materials.
Evaluate training programs and incorporate feedback to improve future programs.
Maintain documentation regarding workflows in the clinical applications of the EMR and other clinical applications.
Comply with policies and procedures regarding clinical applications change management for configuration updates and tracking.

RequirementsBachelor's degree; or combination of relevant experience and education,requiredExperience in implementing and utilizing the software Moodle in an Administration capacity, requiredMinimum 1-year of conducting training in a virtual environment, requiredPrior experience creating LMS training materials and PowerPoint presentations, requiredExperience with Apple mobile Products (iPad, iPhone), requiredMinimum 1-year of EMR experience, preferredAbility to travel up to 10% or more, preferredAbility to present to small and large groups in person or in virtual environments, along with one-on-one training required.
Excellent communication skills and attention to details.
Highly motivated and optimistic.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
