We're looking for someone with a smile in their voice, who has an eye for detail, and who wants to ensure every patient receives the best care possible.

Responsibilities:
Provides exceptional customer service to patients which establish a positive first impression of PediaTrust practices.
Patient scheduling and registration Medical insurance processing and verification Maintaining electronic health records/Patient Portal signups Collecting Patient Co-Pays, credit card information and outstanding balances Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting/front desk strongly preferred Excellent telephone etiquette Previous experience with scheduling Outstanding customer service skills Excellent computer skills and accurate data entry EPIC electronic medical record system experience is a plus, previous electronic medical record system required.
