Responsibilities:
Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones and managing front desk responsibilities.
Handle scheduling and file management tasks efficiently.
Order and track medical records.
Proficiency in Spanish is ideal for effective communication, but not mandatory.
Demonstrate the ability to gather information and present it concisely and coherently; experience in organizing and presenting information, particularly in requesting and chronologizing medical records and documents.
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
Follow cases from initiation to conclusion, learning each step initially and subsequently independently managing the process.
Draft pleadings, request medical records, and engage in professional correspondence with clients and other counsel.
Strong email, communication, and professional writing skills are essential.
The ability to adapt and learn from provided examples, demonstrating intelligence and initiative in executing tasks.
Background and Qualifications Needed:
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in technology and adaptable to different software/tools.
