Summary:
This role will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and generate weekly aging reports in a timely manner. Working within our finance organization, this position works closely with the Finance Director, the Operations team, the Family Support Director, and other members of the organization as needed.
Principal
Responsibilities:
Make daily collection calls
Conduct account research, reconciliation and analysis
Prepare and maintain various reports
Maintain an accurate aging report
Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
Send statement to outstanding clients
Interact with clients to resolve outstanding issues
Reconcile A/R to the G/L
Provide and communicate scorecard metrics
Tecnical Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:
High school diploma or GED is required
Minimum of 1 - 2 years previous experience in billing/collection required
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required
Excellent analytical skills required
Knowledge of collection processes and insurance trends
Compensation:
Salary Range : TBD based on experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
