The purpose of the In Home Health Scheduler position is to assure that Autism Home Support clients receive the number of hours of service that they desire and have been approved for via insurance. In addition, the Customer Service/Scheduler is essential in supporting our Care Team in meeting their job objectives for the number of hours they would like to work, in receiving training, and in scheduling time off appropriately.
This position interacts closely with:
o Family Support Team to understand client needs by area
o BCBA's (Board Certified Behavior Analysts)/Supervisors to understand client needs by skill set and Care Team capabilities
o Care Team Members to take feedback on schedules and desired hours as well as cancellations and rescheduling needs
o Clients to take feedback on schedules and desired hours as well as cancellations and rescheduling needs
Candidates must have:
o Attention to detail, strong Excel, Word, and internet skills
o High volume agency scheduling of care team members/therapists experience preferred
o Knowledge of Chicago area geography, ability to use Google maps and other similar applications
o Excellent communication skills, sense of urgency and ability to respond to client needs and applicant inquiries
o Strong project management, time management, organizational skills and

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
