Position Description
We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager that will be responsible for leading the commercial effort for the SQ Healthcare Compliance Solutions. Preferred service brand including: strategy development and execution; market analysis and segmentation; positioning and messaging; pricing strategy and contract execution; regulatory monitoring and strategy; strong emphasis on business and product development leadership and execution.
Objectives include managing and expanding existing Preferred sales as well as identification and launch of new Preferred services. Position will coordinate product planning and development among marketing/sales to ensure the successful growth of program within the marketplace.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages business and product development including market research and analysis, new product/services development and introduction, pricing, direct marketing vehicles; monitors process against objectives and takes timely action.
Develops long-term strategic and annual marketing plans.
Responsible for tactics development and execution.
Manages pricing strategy and execution; develops new pricing models to enhance/maintain margin; manage pricing approval.
Monitors market activity to identify trends, competitive shifts, product offering opportunities; communicates expertise internally to incite growth activities; communicates expertise externally to gain positive awareness impact.
Monitors regulatory environment; develops relationships with key regulatory counterparts and leaders; connects with appropriate consulting firms to gather data/perspective/insight.
Pursues and manage business partnerships, alliances; identifies business development opportunities to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field.
Six or more years of marketing or other related experience. Demonstrates strong leadership in marketing, sales, and business. Service industry experience preferred.
Demonstrates proven profit center management responsibility, including hands-on experience building/maintaining a budget. Price management, profitability and gross margin analysis skills required.
Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong analytical skills..

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
