Hours:
7pm to 12am Monda-Friday (with some flexibility in work schedule)


We are currently seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team in our manufacturing and distribution facility located in Woodridge, IL. This role works generally 6-7 hour shifts, 5 days per week. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our product is moved within our warehouse in a safe and efficient manner, that proper inventory is maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
-Timely and accurate loading and unloading of route delivery trucks per ticket requirements
-Timely and accurate loading and unloading of tractor-trailer trucks
-Responsible general housekeeping to ensure our warehouse standards are met in a safe and professional manner (to include sweeping, consolidation of product, facility maintenance, organizing product and other tasks as necessary)
-Maintenance of the integrity of products through proper handling and storage
-Maintain of accurate inventories
-Ensuring safe operation of a forklift
-Ensuring safe movement of delivery trucks to including assisting with truck refueling which requires working outdoors
Successful Candidates Will Possess:

-Willingness to work a night shift schedule
-Able to work days other than Monday through Friday based on the business needs
-Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
-Possess basic computer knowledge
-A safety focused mindset when executing a physical work day
-The ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely with repeated bending, stretch, twisting, pushing, and pulling (firm physical requirement)
-An interest in a career that involves working in all types of weather elements to complete loading and unloading activities as needed
-An attitude that lets our team know that safe work practices are high priority
-The ability to effectively interact with others, be a team player, and solve conflict effectively while having strong verbal communication skills

Required Qualifications include:

-High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
-Must be able to pass our company conditional offer stages of both pre-employment drug screen and pre-employment background check
-Must possess a valid driver license

Preferred Qualifications:
-At least 1-3+ years of forklift and/or warehouse experience is preferred
-Work history involving outdoor and/or physical labor work
