POSITION Overview:

Ranked on Crain's Fast Fifty in 2012, our client, an established and successful manufacturing company, is looking for an Analyst to manage vendor relationships and work to develop annual budgets for the IT organization.
Responsibilities:
Review vendor contracts and look for ways to minimize cost and improve the value the organization receives. Manage the evaluation, selection, transition and monitoring of contractual agreements with suppliers and organize contracts and any other legal agreements for the department. Work with IT departments to guarantee effective management of suppliers and ensure that contracts are fully leveraged. Coordinate and tract IT's annual cost savings that result from supplier's activities, chargeback rationalization, invoice reconciliation and financial management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree 4
years of experience working as a financial/budget analyst or vendor manager Must have experience working with computer hardware/software contracts and experience with major software providers (Microsoft, SAP, etc.) Must have experience working with financial and vendor management within an IT department
