We are expanding quickly and are seeking 20 new hires immediately.
Job
Responsibilities:
Handle outgoing and incoming multi-line and multi-language customer care calls
Schedule new leads for appointments by adhering to established scripts and procedures
Accommodate schedule needs of existing patients, including scheduling future appointments and addressing schedule changes
Make outgoing confirmation and follow up calls for patient appointments
Answer questions from patients and address concerns using established scripts and procedures
Make outbound recall calls to former patients to re-establish patient care
Serve as information desk, including transfer of calls and accepting phone messages
Demonstrate knowledge of services, professionalism and outstanding customer service
Adhere to established procedures for inter-office communication and other guidelines related to the job and the company
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of office experience
Excellent multitasking and follow-through ability
Superb customer service skills and phone etiquette
Previous experience in medical setting and/or with insurance/call center preferred
Bilingual is preferred (Spanish / Russian / Polish / Greek / Italian )
