Prestigious Fortune 500 Company has a team that a Service Analyst to oversee their system capacity management. This primary role will be responsible to ensure current and future capacity demands are met on all tiers of the teams systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technologies with key focus on TIBCO, Master Data Management applications and performance monitoring applications.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure that any applications deployed will properly scale and meet expected SLAs. Perform APM tuning of applications in development and critical production applications as well as provide 3rd level performance support. Provide evaluation of application performance and capacity on system resources usage to sustain business application volume processing Prepare computing benchmark studies to evaluate new technologies software/hardware used for used for applications Work closely with team of Performance Engineers to orchestrate, conduct and participate in line of business performance testing analysis Utilize diagnostic and monitoring tools to measure, detect, isolate and resolve performance issues found during issues found during application development performance testing and reports
Qualifications

years of application or infrastructure management Solid understanding of TIBCO, UNIX/Linux and networks Strong analytical knowledge and use of tools to properly measure and project systems needs Strong presentation & communicationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
