POSITION Overview:

Ranked on Crain's Fast Fifty in 2012, our client, an established and successful manufacturing company, is looking for a SQL Server Database Analyst to ensure that all the SQL Servers databases are functioning properly. Please note: Our client does offer an excellent relocation package!
Responsibilities:
Fix any issues related to the databases within the production environment Collaborate with the development teams, analyze the code produced by the developers and transport that code into the production environment Review and support the development of T-SQL code for standard database practices Support and implement database changes as part of the production change control Assist with server/procedure performance monitoring and tuning for poor performing systems Maintain SQL Server security for Servers
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree At least 1 years of SQL Server experience Hands-on experience working with T-SQL and SSIS Database design, analysis and support experience Basic understanding of SQL Server security Experience with the SOX Audit process and SAP/SQL Server is strongly preferred
