WHAT WE NEED
We are seeking experienced Customer Support and Application Software Implementation Specialist with strong communication skills and IT background to support deployments of our software solution both remotely and onsite at our clients, as well as render technical support to existing clients via phone, email, and online conferencing tools by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
Under general supervision, the Customer Support and Application Software Implementation Specialist will perform software and hardware setup activities, as well as provide technical and network issue resolution to end users by performing a question diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Support scenarios include, but are not limited to; resolving problems with username and password, uninstalling/reinstalling desktop software components, troubleshooting SIP-phones, power cycling equipment and reviewing its configuration. Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of management.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Deliver service and support to clients including Office Managers and end users over the phone or via remote connection
Onsite installation/ troubleshooting of system hardware and software components
Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, SIP-phones as well as other relevant issues
Research required information using available resources
Follow standard processes and procedures
Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications
Become an expert in PracticeCompass while maintaining proficiency with system information, changes and updates
Travel: up to 25%

MUST HAVES
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional verbal and written skills, including proper phone etiquette
Working knowledge of MS Windows, Linux operating systems
Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment, including SIP phones and Internet browsers
Ability to create concise written test cases for technical personnel
Self driven and motivated individual
Occasional availability on weekends
Bachelor degree in computer science or similar work experience
Possess reliable transportation
This position is Full-Time 40 hours per week (some weekends may be required). Training will be provided.
