Senior Scientist - Inflammation-Autoimmune Therapeutics
Teams objective is to validate targets implicated in autoimmune and inflammation pathways and design effective protein therapeutic entities based on those targets and associated signaling pathways.
Seeking Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or similar with knowledge of autoimmune pathways and mechanisms who is capable of discovery research evaluating and defining new target biology and developing strategies to modify and effect autoimmune disease pathways and mechanisms.
Shall:
Propose and implement new research targets.
Develop experiments, assays, protocols and procedures to assess immune regulation and pathways.
Investigate entities using in vitro, ex-vivo and in vivo models to identifying suitable novel protein and antibody Therapeutics.
Hypothesize, isolate and characterize proteins based on immunological target biology and desired mechanism of action.
Analyze and summarize experimental data.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholder, help determine doses, safety and efficacy of therapeutic entities.
