Systems Analyst

This is our direct client opening for a Systems Analyst located in Northbrook, IL. This is a permanent position and the salary offered is $90-95k plus a 10% bonus. Also open to contract to hire candidates and hourly rate is DOE. Our client prefers local candidates as there is no relocation package offered.
This position requires experience in PeopleSoft, PeopleCode, object oriented development techniques, relational databases, structured query language (SQL) and application development methodologies.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma from a recognized university, college, or technical school in computer science with a minimum of 3-5 years of cross module PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 experience within the following modules: Human Resources, e-Benefits, Benefits, Time and Labor, NA Payroll.
The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate will also be proficient with People Tools 8.51 or above and have knowledge of: People Code, Application Engine, Application Package, PS Query, SQL, SQR Reporting, Component Interfaces, Workflow, Tree Manager, Upgrade Assistant, Import Manager, Data Mover and PeopleSofts test frame work.
Experience in the following areas will be considered an asset:
Experience with technical upgrades and implementations for PeopleSoft.
Experience participating in different life cycle phases such as requirements gathering, design, and development efforts.
Experience working with functional business users to define the requirements and translate those requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with Integration Broker, XML Publisher, Oracle, BI Publisher
